"CARAT HOTEL YEREVAN" PAYMENT POLICY
1. General Provisions
1.1. This policy outlines the rules for room reservations, accommodation, breakfasts, use of the swimming pool, and other additional services at Carat Hotel.
1.2. The hotel offers flexible and convenient payment terms for its guests.
2. Reservation and Prepayment
2.1. A prepayment may be required to reserve a room, depending on the booking conditions.
2.2. Prepayment can be made online, via bank transfer, or by blocking an amount on the guest's bank card.
2.3. If the prepayment is not made within the specified time, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation, notifying the guest 48 hours in advance.
3. Deposit (to secure unfulfilled obligations)
3.1. Upon check-in, a deposit of 20,000 AMD is required to secure against unfulfilled obligations. This can be paid in cash or blocked on the guest's bank card.
3.2. The deposit is refunded upon check-out if no costs were incurred due to the guest’s actions.
4. Final Settlement
4.1. The guest is required to pay the full cost of accommodation upon check-in or check-out, as agreed.
4.2. The final settlement includes the accommodation cost and any damage (if applicable) caused by the guest.
5. Payment Methods
5.1. Carat Hotel accepts the following payment methods:

· Bank cards(Visa, MasterCard, American Express, КартаМир)
· Bank transfer
· Online payment (via QR code or local payment systems, if available)
5.2. Information regarding accommodation, booking, payment methods, and cancellation policies is provided to the guest at the time of booking.
